Surreality

So I'm in Chicago by myself for a conference, and it's snowing. I rarely travel by myself these days, especially this far away. And I haven't seen snow like this for 7 or 8 years. This is...surreal. And I had to share. I know that for a large portion of the cyber community this is all commonplace. Good for you. I'm a little freaked out - in a good way. And I'm having a blast.

That sucks that you had to go alone. Just try to make the best of it and get home safe. At least you did get to see some snow.

PL: I got home safe, and I sort of enjoyed the alone time.

deblogger: I hate ad comments.

AS: She's on formula and solids now, and baby daddy did a fine job of taking care of her all by himself.

Milk factory closed until next birth.

Just caught up on your blog! Paul told me you were going to Chicago--good for you! I hope you enjoyed every minute of it.

For all my bragging on you, I still haven't been away from Ashleigh overnight-give me some hints on how to do that.
